This is a NEW master cylinder for your 1940-1952 Chevrolet, not rebuilt.
1/2" brake line hole. 4-3/8" mounting hole distance center-to-center.
Threaded port for brake light switch.
NOTE: Will not fit cars with a Powerglide transmission.
Some 1940-41 use flare cap.
