This is a wheel cylinder rebuild kit for the rear.
Comes with pistons for 1-1/2 ton and 2 ton trucks.
Bore size is 1-1/2 inch.
NOTE: Be sure to check your bore for excessive pitting or your cylinder could possibly leak. If there is pitting have it honed or buy a new cylinder.
