Quick shifts for your electronically controlled automatic transmission.
Put shift control at your fingertips. Switch on the fly between manual and automatic modes. Tap a paddle and the Shrifter sends a wireless RF signal to the transmission controller which, in turn actuates the shift solenoids. The paddle shifter speaks directly to the shift solenoids that control the forward gears, so accidental reverse/neutral shifts are not possible.
Kit Includes: Paddle shifter, electronics, mode switch, and instructions. Aftermarket 9-hole steering wheels bolt directly to unit such as BUDNIK, LeCARRA, COLORADO CUSTOMS & BILLET SPECIALTIES. 5 hole (GRANT OR FLAMING RIVER) or 6 hole (FLAMING RIVER, MOMO, SPARCO) steering wheels require use of slim adapter to mount to unit. *Not for use with airbag equipped vehicles. Does not work with pre-electronic transmissions. Won't work with factory steering wheels with high offsets.
