Paul & Tamera Geiger’s 1940 Master Deluxe

This 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Business coupe, owned by Paul and Tamera Geiger of Fredericksburg VA, was built in Tarrytown, NY, in February 1940. It was one of 28,090 produced that year. The two door, two passenger coupe has a six cylinder overhead valve 216.5 cubic inch, 85 horse power engine with a column three speed manual transmission. The optional accessories include; right-hand visor, cigarette lighter, 30 hour clock, deluxe steering wheel (Chevy Spinner), grille guard, bumper guards, trunk guard, fog lights, hood ornament, exhaust pipe extension and white side wall tires.

The 1940 coupe has won numerous National Awards over the years including the Junior and Senior National Awards, and eight Preservation Awards through the Antique Automobile Club of America, and a Junior and Senior National Award through the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America.

Paul and Tamera Geiger are members of the Historic Fredericksburg Regional Antique Automobile Club of America as well as the National Antique Automobile Club of America.
