Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items in stock will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. We do not process payment for Out of Stock and Backordered items.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. Expedited Special orders typically are shipped from the factory and package tracking may not be available. In these instances, Your Order History on-line will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other related details. The status of your order represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our facility. Once your order leaves, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible by loggin onto Your Account on our website when the information becomes available.

Made-To_order items, such as glass are non-returnable. All other parts (excluding Odds & Ends items) may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return parts in original condition received. CODs will not be accepted. Shipping can take up to 14 days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing on returns. See below on how to process a return. All sales are final except for damaged and defective items. If an item is not used contact a sales representative about a possible exchange for credit. We reserve the right to refuse any item to be returned due to the nature of the items sold and their singular use on this site and for singular occassions. Refund and exchanges are especially stringent after Halloween and known festivals. Exchanges for a similiar item is allowed if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item and the package is unopened or in a resellable state. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges. Please see the exceptions for damagaed and defective items for more information.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Sales Representative within 7 days of delivery at 1-800-999-CHEV (2438) . Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
